Capsure provides cloud-based tools to assist users in managing invoices and preparing claims for submission to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Capsure is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of the NDIS or the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). We are an independent software provider.

  • NDIS-related identifiers that you may upload (e.g. participant name on invoices)

c. Uploaded Content

  • Invoices, receipts, or other documents you upload or forward to your Capsure email address

  • Parsed invoice data extracted via integrations such as Docupipe

We do not collect or store credit card information. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

  • Provide and maintain the Capsure Service

  • Process and manage your account and subscription

  • Parse and display invoice data for your use

Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure Digital Ocean.
