Welcome to Capsure — an online platform that helps NDIS Participants and Nominees who self-manage their supports organise and claim their invoices.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Capsure service, website and related products operated by Capsure Innova Pty Ltd (ACN 678 928 035, ABN 82 678 928 035) (“Capsure”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using Capsure, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Capsure
Capsure provides cloud-based tools to assist users in managing invoices and preparing claims for submission to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Capsure is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of the NDIS or the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). We are an independent software provider.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
To use Capsure, you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
3. Free Trial and Subscriptions
Capsure offers a free trial that allows users to process up to five (5) invoices before a paid subscription is required.
After the free trial, you may choose a monthly or annual subscription plan. Subscription fees are clearly displayed at checkout and processed securely via Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to:
Use Capsure only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Not misuse or attempt to access our systems without authorisation.
Not upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or impact system integrity.
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all invoices, receipts, and other materials you upload to Capsure.
By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

We aim for high service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of Capsure at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content provided by Capsure (excluding user-uploaded data) remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or resell any part of our service without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Capsure provides tools to help users manage and prepare invoices, but we do not guarantee claim approval or reimbursement by the NDIS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capsure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated through our website or email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
